This newly named establishment can be found in the Santo Spirito area, and offers a choice between the pizzeria and the bistrot/brasserie. Moreover the fact that the kitchen is open late makes it suitable for people who like to eat after they have been to the cinema or the theatre. The establishment was built in the former royal stables which were completely restructured, while at the same time original materials were used. There is a lot of wood and brickwork exposed rendering the atmosphere warm and pleasant. You can almost eat anything here, and it will be very good, but the best dish is the grilled meat: steak and roasted meat coupled with a salad filled with original ingredients. The pizzas are also good and seasonal produce is always used. There is a good list of local and regional wines.
