Ernst Föllmer has been cooking for more than 15 years. He possesses a magical touch when creating unique dishes, always managing to reach the heart and appetites of his customers. From his creative recipes, sauces are produced to compliment one's palate, a simple fish or poultry dish is transformed into true bliss! Specialities of the house including snails in basil sauce, and, the namesake, artichoke with seasoned aioli are not to be overlooked on this plentiful menu. A 4-course set menu EUR44 may also be supplemented with 2 dishes for a further EUR10. If you want to be sure of a table in this small establishment it is very advisable that you make a reservation.
