The idea behind Skewers Bistro is simple and intriguing. Order any one of 13 dishes and enjoy two bamboo skewers filled with moist, delicious pieces of chicken, steak, fish or vegetables along with rice, chopped salad and other sides. It's a great idea for a different kind of meal. Try the Santa Fe Chicken—it's marinated in a great spicy sauce. The swordfish is fresh, as is the shrimp, lamb and fillet mignon. This casual, airy spot also serves sandwiches, salads and pasta so those less adventurous types can fill up, too.Takeaway available.
