This place is named after the influential group of bright young things who emerged in India after independence from the British Raj. This is the latest outlet of a respected national chain that, with its understated blue and pink lighting, offers a chic, sophisticated Indian dining experience. The restaurant is one of a privileged few able to serve Dum Pukht Indian cuisine (the legendary food of the kings), the preparation method of which is only passed on by word of mouth. These include murgh khas qorma—a tikka of chicken braised in a yoghurt gravy enriched with cashews, cardamom, mace and rose petal. There is also a good range of starters along with standard and vegetarian menus on offer.
