In a pair of pale-yellow dining rooms accented with tiles and a sense of nostalgia, this bodega-style restaurant focuses exclusively on a fixed-price menu whose composition changes virtually every day. Many of the ingredients come from the nearby marketplace, reflecting the seasonality and bounty of the Basque country. Menu items are based on old recipes, including red peppers stuffed with salt cod and herbs; seafood stews with rice; artichokes with clams; and roasted veal or braised pork in wine sauce.
