Located on the fifth floor of the Pan Pacific Hotel, this restaurant is noted for contemporary Chinese food. Its operatic setting includes rich draperies and fenced partitions for individual tables. Plants plus Asian ceramic pieces make a very elegant room seating 180. Five private rooms are also available. A la carte items include assorted barbecued meat, fish and black mushroom soup, barbecued chicken liver, wrapped and baked king crab, steamed shrimp and okra with garlic at and sauteed vegetables with black bean sauce.
