This Swiss style restaurant is situated in a small forest, north of the city. Being high up, there is a beautiful view of the city and mountains below. However it means that you will need a car, unless you enjoy walking or cycling up hills! Decorated with traditional red and white checked curtains and wooden tables, the restaurant has a warm and friendly atmosphere. The menu is mainly traditional cheese specialties such as fondue and raclette. There are many different types of cheese fondue offered here, some with tomato, mushrooms or different types of cheese, which vary the taste. However, the menu also includes various meats, fish and salad dishes. The restaurant does tend to get very busy in the winter months and so if you order a raclette you may have to wait awhile between servings. Enjoy with white wine!
