More information on Shintori

Shintori restaurant serves one of the best Japanese cuisine in Taipei. The dining rooms have frosted glass windows and the walls are dark midnight blue which gives a totally different feel to the restaurant. The menu includes an extensive list of dishes that it becomes hard to decide what to order. Organic Vegetable and Fruit Sushi, Aloe Sushi and Wild Yam Sushi, all creatively served, are some of the signature dishes. A good choice for business lunches and dinners or quiet meals with friends.
