The stylish restaurant Barbarie, near the Stadspark specializes in French cuisine. It has a splendid town garden for outdoor eating. Crystal glasses, china tableware and silver cutlery are set on exclusive tablecloths and a multitude of plants add a Mediterranean touch. Barbarie is the name of a duck breed from the French Landes region. And of course, duck dishes are prominent on the menu. The traditional dish Barbarie duck with honey and pink peppers is always on the menu. The wine card boasts some 250 French wines.
