Given that relaxation is always the order of the day in Clifton Village, the Sausage Bar & Restaurant assists in one's relaxation at every visit. For cozy, satisfying, hearty dishes, the winter menu celebrates traditional classic British cooking, using simple, fresh, high-quality regional and seasonal produce to one of the many types of sausage on offer, lamb, mint & apricot, guinea fowl & wild mushroom, hickory smoked pork & maple to name a few, all appropriately lavished with mash and red wine gravy that only we British really know how to do properly. There is a great collection of beers and wines as well.Disabled Access.
