Reservations are essential at this small and extremely popular place, which is the undisputed king of Innsbruck's Italian restaurants. Should you manage to secure a table, it is best to leave the choice up to the waiter. The menu is updated monthly, as fresh ingredients are continually being delivered from Italy. Noteworthy delicacies include the Grilled Golden Bream and Marinated Monkfish, as well as numerous Truffle dishes during the season. The wine is superb, as the proprietor buys straight from vineyards in Piedmont, Apulia and Sicily.
