Like most hotel restaurants, the Bach Dang restaurant boasts a clean, quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant serves a variety of Japanese dishes, though French and Vietnamese cuisine is also on offer. Beer, soft drinks, wine and Japanese sake are all available. It is open all day, although during the morning and early afternoon, it may remind you more of a cafe than a restaurant with people sipping drinks while reading, or sitting near the windows watching the traffic go by. A simple yet charming decor and friendly service make for a pleasant dining experience.
