Elegantly perched on the top floor of the InterContinental Ceylan Hotel overlooking the Bosphorus, the Safran restaurant offers an interesting menu of traditional Turkish and harder-to-find Ottoman cuisine. These exquisite dishes require expert culinary skills and some of them take several hours to prepare. The result of such efforts is a menu filled with beautifully flavored sauces and dishes mixed with unusual, rare ingredients. There is also a wide cigar selection for your after-dinner Turkish coffee.
