This is one of the most expensive restaurants in Singapore. Famous for its exquisite French cuisine and elegant and stylish interiors, this restaurant ranks high with the city's elite and visitors to the Central Mall. The pan-fried Foie Gras, Braised Black Cod and Belgian Chocolate Cake are some of its famous offerings. It has won several awards, including the 'Most Innovative Menu 2004' (Wine & Dine), and the 'Best New Restaurant 2003' (World Gourmet Summit). Reservations are highly recommended.
