A part of the Hilton London Metropole hotel, this restaurant is located on its 23rd floor. The wait to get to the restaurant is worth it considering the spectacular views it offers. The elegant decor, with tinges of red, is subtly Japanese. The menu features Sushi primarily, although vegetarian dishes are also available. Fresh ingredients are used to carefully prepare the dishes that cover South-East Asian cuisine. It is an ideal venue for a romantic dinner and also to host a private party.
