Chef Sotohiro Kosugi has been honored by Food & Wine magazine as one of the top 12 chefs in the country, becoming the first traditional Japanese chef to receive this honor. If you plan to visit this elegant steak and seafood house on the weekend, make reservations early, as Soto always draws a crowd. The best seat in the house is at the bar. From this vantage, you'll have a bird's eye view of Kosugi as the master works his magic in the kitchen. Full bar.
