You do not have to be an intrepid reporter to enjoy the restored French colonial ambiance of this beautiful restaurant and bar. Tourists, business travelers and locals alike all enjoy drinks at the first floor or rooftop bars overlooking the Tonle Sap River. The menu is Western and Asian fusion, with Cambodian curry taking its place beside pasta dishes, pizza, caesar salad and desserts. Beer is a little more expensive than in other bars, but for a piece of classic Phnom Penh charm, it is worth it.
