Frequently referred to as one of the best Italian eateries in Geneva, La Trattoria serves up an enormous selection of excellent pizza and pasta in vast quantities. This restaurant is particularly renowned for its penne maison (aubergine, tomato sauce, basil and mozzarella). Tables are crammed together for a cozy atmosphere in winter; while in summer, a modest sidewalk terrace is available. The service is sometimes erratic here and largely depends on the mood of the whimsical staff.
