As you stroll by 701 Chapel Avenue, you're sure not to miss Chapel Bistro, as the aroma of Mediterranean food finds its way out into the street. Although the menu is essentially Mediterranean, you'll also find Spanish, French and Italian influences. Executive Chef Steven Stuart uses the freshest of ingredients in his preparations. He uses time-honored recipes and adds his own contemporary American touches to them; feast on the likes of Pumpkin Seed-Crusted Salmon with Sweet Potato Risotto and Red Pepper Coulis. For dessert go with the Tart Lemon-Raspberry Cake. Get your date along and enjoy a special meal at the eatery's Herb Garden.
