Etienne Bonthuys's striking restaurant is for those who love the classics touched with a bit of eccentricity. Cooking from a base of traditional old-method French techniques, and decorating with disarming simplicity, you will be impressed. With purple walls, green tables and low-hanging lights, a low-key atmosphere has been created. Warm oysters in a Cap Classique (champagne) butter sauce; salmon tartare and sliced raw beef fillet with oysters; duck breast with roasted butter onions; fillet of ostrich with citrus. Whatever your preference of French-Belgian food, you are guaranteed satisfaction. The winelist is simple, but sufficient.
