L.A.S.T. is another one of the popular Californian restaurants that have take root in Japan over the past few years. As with most of the others in this genre, it serves a mix of American favorites together with Mexican goodies. And, judging by the popularity of this restaurant, it must be pretty good at what it is doing. It has seating for 185 and most of the seats are occupied every night of the week.Food Type: The menu leans heavily towards Mexican dishes, which is not a bad thing, especially when they taste so good. The beef fajita is excellent, and it costs only JPY1,400. You can wash this down with Corona beer for JPY700. For those with more alcohol tolerance, tequila goes well with the food.Decor: American memorabilia is apparent everywhere. If you did not know better you might think that you were in California. Until, that is, you hear the country music. Then you might think you were in Arizona.
