More information on Sushi Boat
This dining room sports a definite sea theme, including a small canal along the sushi bar which the chef uses to float customers their orders-the dining world's version of Venice meets Japan. The restaurant recently hired a new sushi chef from Beverly Hills to liven up the menu and the results have been positive. The menu consists mainly of sushi, but it also offers chicken teriyaki and other Americanized versions of Japanese food. The sushi menu is extensive.
