Consuelo Mexican Bistro recalls Mexico City of the early 1900s. In addition to an excellent traditional Mexican cuisine (served in a small plate format), Consuelo has a full Latino drink bar. The homemade Guacamole is really worth a try. Another fine offering is the Agua Frescas, which is flavored water in mango or strawberry - the perfect cooler for hot days or hot nights.
