If you are near the Citizen Tower Building on Classen, try Carolyn's for breakfast or lunch. Although she cooks up lots of delicious meals, she is known for her wonderful, juicy burgers. Also, try the daily specials like Cajun meatloaf, beef tips over noodles, chicken fried steak or chicken and dumplings. You will have lots of choices at breakfast, too. Try what Carolyn calls the Egg McCarolyn Muffins, which are delicious and much tastier than its better-known counterpart from the golden arches.
