The best of several Thai restaurants here, this sophisticated little cafe serves fine cuisine and a good selection of wines to match the fare's spicy yet subtle flavors. The signature dish is a seafood special: shrimp, sea scallops, mussels, squid, and crab claws in a red-chile sauce accented with sweet basil. The "number three" spice level (out of six) touches the tongue but won't overwhelm the other seasonings.
