This restaurant is near to Termini so it is just the place if you want to find a decent restaurant without having to travel all over Rome. The old city center is only a short walk away making it easy to go for a stroll after dinner. The restaurant's specialties are all Tuscan in origin: excellent steaks as well as antipasti with cured meats and other Tuscan delicacies. Make sure you try the crostini con lardo di Colonnata (toasted bread topped with fatty bacon). The wine list at Girarrosto Fiorentino is predominantly from Tuscany. The restaurant has air conditioning, which provides an escape from even the hottest days in Rome, and service is attentive and polite.
