For a really romantic evening, begin with drinks in the New Orleans-style drawing room of this ultra-luxurious, historic landmark hotel restaurant. From there you can move on to one of the many gourmet meals offered, perhaps a seven-course feast. Guests bask in white-glove service and romantic atmosphere. Antique china and silver add to the luxury of your visit. Classical music plays romantically in the background. White-gloved waiters attend to your every wish, replenishing the fragrant bread and well-chosen wine. Normal clientele are upscale Dallasites and couples out for a romantic evening. Main meal examples include Smoked Salmon Hors d'oeuvre with an entree of Lavender-scented Cornish Game Hen with Foie Gras-sauternes Sauce.
