Located in the La Quinta resort, the Adobe Grill serves authentic Mexican cuisine. The restaurant is named after the thousands of adobe clay bricks used to build the original hotel in 1926 and has been the relaxing place for many Hollywood stars. Adobe is known for its lip-smacking Margaritas, and swinging Friday nights filled with live mariachi music and its authentic Mexican food. Highlights from the menu are Caldo de Mariscos, Ceviche de Mariscos Marinera and the staple of Mexican appetizers guacamole.
