Jin Sang is the latest in a chain with multiple locations in Seoul, Japan and La Jolla. The mainly Japanese menu has definite Korean influence with such offerings as the kimchi ball made from shrimp, tuna, vegetables and kimchi in a cabbage wrap. The favorite of the restaurant, however, is the shabu-shabu which has meat, seafood or vegetables boiled in a cauldron at the table then dipped into a variety of sauces. Seafood options include salmon, scallops, shrimp and squid, while veggie selections include bok choy, green onions, mushrooms and cabbage. A concoction from their cocktail menu rounds out the experience at this chic eatery.Disabled Access.
