Grizzly House has nothing to do with bears except a rustic log-cabin atmosphere. The specialty here is fondue -- from cheese to hot chocolate, and everything in between, including seafood, rattlesnake, frogs' legs, alligator, and buffalo. Steaks and game dishes are the Grizzly's other specialties. The setting is frontier Banff, not the Swiss shtick you may expect from a fondue palace, and the fare excellent.
