Morton's exceeds anything you might expect and then some. The ambiance is rich with dark cherry wood, white tablecloths and stained glass, giving the place a classy feel. The service is extraordinary and the a la carte menu is top-notch. The lobster is flown in fresh daily and the cuts of beef are huge. Appetizers are not on the minds of most patrons, although shrimp cocktail or scallops in bacon may prepare the taste buds for what awaits. To accompany your New York Strip, Maine lobster or juicy porterhouse, order a large baked potato, asparagus or broccoli with hollandaise sauce or sautéed spinach and mushrooms. Opt for the Godiva hot chocolate cake or Key Lime pie for dessert. With 300 vintages gracing the wine list and dozens of imported and domestic beers, you will be able to find the right beverage to compliment any meal. Cocktails and soft drinks are also available.
