Watch your food cook before your eyes at this Pan-Asian noodle house. The open kitchen specializes in Singapore, Udon, Szechuan and Chow Mein noodle varieties with meat and fish selections like Roast Duck, braised Mandarin Beef, and delicious sea bass. Located in Benihana Village in the Las Vegas Hilton, the 888 Noodle Bar is a great choice for quick and moderately priced Asian cuisine. Reservations are not necessary.Disabled Access.
