Located close to that other Withington success story of recent times, Lemongrass, this friendly little restaurant comes a little closer to home offering authentic Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. Although it looks fairly unassuming from the outside, once inside the atmosphere is always warm and friendly, even if the décor is a little plain. There is a massive menu, covering over 30 starters and 40 main courses, with plenty of classics such as dolmades at around £3 and more unusual mains like kotopoulo tilichto - chicken breast with feta and bacon for GBP 8.50. The wine list is uniquely composed purely of Greek wines, with lots of retsina and domestica to remind you of those summer holidays of yore.
