Modern Hong Kong flavors influence the dishes here, at Chine on Paramount. The carefully prepared meals are reasonably priced. The décor is plain and elegant with white linen tablecloths and quality tableware. A function room accommodates up to 30 guests. Customers can take advantage of the pre-theatre dinner offers and lunchtime banquets. Special attention has been paid to the wine list, which features good, smaller wineries. Banquets with matched wines are also available. Dining here is however a rather pricey affair.Disabled Access.
