More information on Cock of the Walk
This big, barnlike restaurant near the Opryland Hotel is well known around Nashville for having the best catfish in town. The restaurant critic Craig Claiborne even agreed when he ate here. Start your meal with that most bizarre of Southern appetizers, the fried dill pickle, then move on to the fried catfish filets with a pot o' greens.
