Due to the damage caused by Hurricane Katrina, the following description may no longer be accurate. Please consider this when making your travel plans. Named after a football coach, this steakhouse is located in the Lafayette Hotel. The kitchen is under the direction of Christian Karchar whose collaboration with the former National Football League coach has created a menu that features everything from seafood to steak. A good choice is the steak Diane. This black pepper, crusted filet mignon is served on a bed of spinach with melt in your mouth onion rings.
