Still one of the best Thai eateries in the city, Sosumi (formerly Sukhothai) is set in a beautiful old Gardens house. Thai delights are offered across the expected spectrum of fish, shellfish, pork, beef, vegetables and noodles. A recent innovation has been the start of regular Sunday buffet evenings at just R45 a head for a full spread of starters, soups salads and main courses. There's a small list of wines, but like the whole menu, they're great value for money. It is open from Monday to Saturday from 6 pm, onwards.
