Preparation for some trekking

Hi Folks

Just to let you know we are are still alive and kicking! After 4 days on the beach in Phu Quoc and 2 days in Hanoi, we are getting the night train tonight to Lon Cai right on the Chinese border before staying 4 nights in Sapa for some cooler air and light trekking.

Chris has been promising to update the blog properly which I hope we will do later in the day , and try and post some pic.

Just left her in the hairdressers where she is spending £9 on a cut blow colour etc etc , normally she pays £90 at home!
