Well, this entry is just there to make sure I got all the right pins on my travel map. After all, I did stop over in JFK!

By the way, I've got one comment about stopping over there to go to Lima (and Santiago, the flight was just stopping over in Lima). It's impressive how slow a check-in line can be sometimes. I think I had never seen people sticking so many stuff in their chek-in luggages ever. I mean, I even had to help a woman who probably had 80kgs of bags by herself because she simply couldn't lift them!

So this was quite funny... After 1h30 in the queue with approximately 20-25 people before me, I realised what was taking so much time was the fact that almost everyone had to pay for excess... Seriously, when I arrived with my tiny 50L backpack, I'm sure they thought I was not queuing for the right flight :)

Anyway, this was rather good as I had 3h30 to wait initially. This brought it down to 2h, then I had a Big Mac and left for Lima!

Apart from that, I have to give a thumbs up to LAN Airline, which boasts probably the best level of comfort in economy I've ever experienced... in my opinion surpassing slightly Virgin Atlantic.
