It's a dark night and I can see in the distance a bright light..

My adventure started driving into my driveway after an incredible day at work.  Arms full, clambering for keys, I burst through my back door dropping everything on the floor and legging it to the toilet for a long awaited wee wee.

Wow...that was close.  Never before has my little Daewoo cracked the sound barrier to get me home in record time.

What now?  I might sit on my freckle for a few hours...BUT not before THINKING about exercise; cooking a damn hot chilli dish with sausage, cauliflower, capsicum, sweet potato, carrot, garlic, five-bean mix, tomatoes, CHILLIE and unexpectantly banana; and finally scrubing the body bewdiful :)
