Typical 8:30am start - wasted no time & headed straight to the hotel's fitness center for a 2km run & weights then to the pool for a couple laps to cool off.  Before we knew it we had only 30min to check out so we showered quickly & packed up (again) - the car was getting quite full at this point!

Today we hit the Historical Brady Street area - home of hippies & little eccletic shops & cafes.  We walked up one side, I bought a pretty little top for the beer party at Greenfields and before we knew it our tummies were rumbling so the quest began for a place to eat.  Steering clear of pizza & burger joints, we found a little cafe  called "Brewed" to grab fresh lemonade, a soup & sandwich & free wifi.  The food was fantastic!!  Anything without grease would've been fantastic to my tastebuds though!!  I ordered the half Big Club & soup (black bean) and Al ordered the whole Big Club.

After the Brady Street jaunt we headed downtime to check in at the Best Western Old Town Inn & find more territory to shop in.  Didn't realize that right across from the hotel was the Grand Avenue Mall - although that wasn't saying much.  After checking in we walked over to the mall which didn't take long - I bought a couple tops from a store on the 1st floor and Al bought a T-shirt from the Brew Crew but that was about our excitement for this mall.  We headed back but discovered that Karl Ratzsch's german restaurant had an early dinner menu at $16.95 a plate before 6pm - at 5:20pm we kicked it into gear and headed out since Karl's was within walking distance.
