Fun on the first day

Clay and Autumn have been enjoying the summer with us for 2 months and now it’s time to take them back to Charlotte.  By the time we got everything done it was 10am before we left the house.  We took Hwy 31 to Arcadia and ate breakfast at McDonalds.  After that we headed up Hwy 17 to I-4 and then to Fort Wilderness at Disney World.  After setting up camp we enjoyed watermelon.  It was SOOOO GOOD as it was so hot!  We didn’t want to go to Magic Kingdom until Tuesday so we decided to ride the monorail and visit the hotels.  It rained really hard so this turned out to be a very good plan.  Arriving back at the camper we hurried and ate then took the kids down to Chip N Dales Campfire Sing-A-Long.  It rained, but they got to have their picture taken with them.
