I was picked up at the hotel this morning at 10:30 by a woman in the Greyline Tour Bus.  SHe was from Nashville and had quite a story involving Elvis and Ann Margaret and singing on television.  So I suppose that everyone comes to Nashville to sing songs and make records.  The lunch cruise was phenominal!!

We had a fantastic lunch which consisted of ham and mashed potatoes, chicken breasts and green beans, and strawberry shortcake for desert!  MMMMMmmm!  Was it ever good!  The entertainment was Nashville's number one act, Tim Watson.  He had played with Tammy Wynette and Willie Nelson.  With other names too.  He was funny and man, can he play the fiddle.  The food was epic and the entertainment was amazing, I laughed so hard that I thought my cheeks were going to crack.  I had a super seat at the number 1 table to the left of the stage right at the front.

I really like the weather too.  Its humid and moist.  I never thought I would like it but I do.  Or at least I have enjoyed it today and yesterday.  It might get too hot in the summer, but I am enjoying it!

Not sure what I am doing tomorrow, but the Opryland Hotel is amazing from what I hear.  I will probably take another tour.  That is a good way to see everything and not have to worry about parking and how to get there.  Am I too old for a tour?  Just thought of that now.  Hahaha!

This is Pat and Al Monroe. They have been to 43 countries and all of the states and all of the provinces. They say that Victoria is their favorite city in the WHOLE world!! OMFG! They have been married 63 years and are still in love <3 I had the best afternoon with them!

Keep in touch and let me know what y'all are thinking.  Dont be suprised if I come home speaking with a southern twang.  It's easy to pick up.  Everyone is so nice here.  Tey say things like sweety and honey to everyone.  Or, they know who everyone is, and they are all friends!

So, for the first real day here, I am having a blast, and enjoying every minute of it.
