The End of the Journey

We all went into Glasgow on our last day in Scotland. We went shopping along Argyle Street near Princess Square. Yes, shopping again! There were many trendy shops in a series of indoor malls and along a promenade. It was quite picturesque.

We then returned to the house for one last swim, sauna and to pack for an early morning drive to the airport. Geoff and is family took off to say goodbye to Kristy’s relatives.

It is hard to believe that our two-week journey is all but over now. It has had its ups and downs, more ups to be sure, and we have had some memorable experiences. I know that my wife really liked getting back in touch with her German relatives. I enjoyed the trips into Edinburgh the most.
