Friday was an absolute disaster. It rained and rained and rained. We eventually decided to go towards Glasgow to a mall that seemed big, because it has an ice rink and curling club inside. It was utterly disappointing, especially given the brutal traffic congestion to get through Glasgow.
The women of course did some shopping, Scarlett built a rabbit at the Build-a-Bear Workshop, Dad and I sat at a pub. There was an indoor entertainment complex next door. This place had a bowling alley, indoor mini golf, rock climbing and an indoor ski hill. Of course, we did not go. We decided to spend time in rush hour traffic on the way home instead.

Therefore, I guess, I will describe the beautiful house we have been living in. There are six bedrooms. My parents and my brother’s family have their own bathrooms attached to their bedrooms. We have our own wing, so the children each have their own bedroom.
The swimming pool is right off my parent’s room. It is not large, but the children have been in every day. I have used the sauna frequently to warm up or to just get-away for a little bit.

There is a large open concept kitchen and sunroom off the back. The house is just off the major highway that connects Edinburgh to Glasgow, so it is conveniently located.
