Day 3

 I was up early today to catch a flight at 5:45 am short layover in Houston TX then on the Guatemala City. Arrive at 11:25am local time, nice new small airport.  Custom’s that was easy enough, taxi to Dos Lunas.

Dos Lunas is a Hotel that also prearranges Bus travel around Guatemala. I decided to go with the most expensive choice $57.00 for a signal room with private Bath and first class bus to Xela, it also includes breakfast. There were options as low as $3.00 for dorm room group bath and the chicken bus to Xela. (No thanks) I will go first class when it cost $57.00 However that is lot of money to the local people to them it is 456.00 in there money. ($1 = 8 of there’s)

I will check in and take a tour of the city then get ready for the bus trip to Xela.
