We headed off after lunch to show the kids the gorgeous country side of the Tablelands. Packed the car with bathers, towels etc hoping for waterfall swims. The higher we got in the Tablelands the cloudier it got and even rain. Oooohhhh, no swimming today.
Still beautiful though. We had a lovely Devinshire tea at Lake Barrine. Owie and I had done this exact thing many years ago..... There are two huge Kauri Pines here, amazing. Lots of kitchens could be made out of those..
We visited The Cathedral and Curtain Fig trees, Milla Milla (my fav) and Malanda Falls, also Yungaburra and Atherton.
