This morning we left the residence at 9:30 for Turriff which is an hour and a half away from Aberdeen. On the way we stopped at FyvieCastle, where everyone had a brief tour for about an hour. Today we traveled with Nathan Zaake from Uganda and Alkuone a Flag Dancing group from Belgium.

It was the 145th annual Turriff Show where all the locals come out to see different animals on show, and performances. There were a lot of cows, sheep and other animals; it was like a farmer's fair. There were a lot of different booths and food stalls etc across the field. We performed from two until five pm. We left to come back to the residence where we had dinner and now we're back in our rooms to take a quick rest until 9 pm when we leave to set up for our performance at the cabaret. The cabaret is held at our residence for other festival participants staying here.

We performed for the cabaret as the pictures depict. You will see how Tasso received a fantastic response from the audience. The band performed beautifully! The showmanship was magnificent! There were two other acts before us and I was afraid that they scared the audience away, but when we started playing they all came back and started dancing and showing their appreciation to our performance. Quinn was magnificent with his dancing as usual. He sometimes goes in front of the band and does his own routine which always adds an extra flavour to our performance. It was a late night but we all enjoyed it. The crowd wanted more after our performance which finished at about midnight. As we were about to oblige, the organizers kindly asked us not to as it was past the deadline for which the gym was rented for. We all went to bed on a high note.
