Day 135 - Universal Studios!

We were going to Universal Studios today soooo we got up at 7am and got dressed and went for brekkie and the bus picked us up at 8am. We picked up loads of other people and then headed to the Starline Tours Office where we had to pay and then get onto another bus. We eventually arrived at abou 10am and headed into park!

First we went on a Studio Tour and we got so excited as we got to see Wisteria Lane from Desperate Housewives... Amazing! We then went on an assortment of rides like the Simpson Ride, the Mummy Ride, the Jurassic Park Ride. We chickened out of the Haunted House thing as we got too scared after being at the Fright Night at Thorpe Park last year haha! We also saw a show on the special effects which was cool!

Room Serivce... Take 1!

Then it was 5.30pm and so we went for a wander down Universal City Walk and looked in a few shops and then we got the bus back at 6pm and were back at the hotel at 7pm. Lucy was still stuffed from all the food she had eaten but Erin was hungry and so ordered room service. Then Lucy tried her potato wedges and so wanted som. So she rung up and asked for them but they didn't understand so she asked for chips but they said no. Then the guy who had delivered Erin's food rang to check it was all OK so we asked him for soem chips but compltely forgetting that we were in America he tured up with a huge plate of nachos free of charge haha. The Monster-In-Law was on TV and so we snuggled up and did our usual routine of watching some TV and just chilling out and then went to sleep!
