We decided to have a lie in today and woke up at 11.30am and then we had to do some washing as all of our clothes were so dirty. Once we had done that we got some breakfast/lunch and then just waited for the washing to be done. Once that was all sorted at about 1.30pm we headed over to Charlie's hostel and picked her up to go into Nadi town centre to get a  few bits and bobs. We arranged with the taxi driver to be picked up at 4pm.

We had a wander around and had been told about the markets and so when a Fiji man offered to take us to them we agreed but it turned out that he was taking us to his own shop. We got there and he made Charlie chief and then they performed a Kava Ceremony. It was all very sketchy and scary and once this was over we got to look in his shop and thne we did a runner as soon as we could. That pretty much wasted all of our time and so we then hurried back and got the last few bits and hopped into the taxi.

Fijian Kidnapping...

We were having dinner at Charlie's hotel and so we just hung around and had showers and then ate. Lucy and Charlie managed to demolish a jug of beer and so were feeling a bit on the giggly side when we left at 11pm. When we got back to the hostel we headed straight for the land of nod.

Much love xxx
